Tom was born in Florham Park, NJ and moved to Florida in 1974 with his family. After two years of Machine Trade schooling and serving an apprenticeship with an Aircraft and Automotive tool and die company he eventually owned his own FAA aircraft repair facility specializing in precision grinding of hard metals and coatings. He sold that company and has been in real estate sales and management since 2000. He is a previous member of FTBOA (Florida Thoroughbred Breeders’ and Owners’ Association) and Breeders Cup Nominee. Tom lives in Jupiter Inlet Colony and had been an elected official and Vice Mayor in the town for 14 1/2 years. He decided to not seek re-election in 2018 which would have been his 8th term. He has closed numerous high-end properties, both commercial and residential up and down the coast. His negotiating skills and dedication to detail and hard work assist both buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.
